Overview
TouToulliouLocal is a personal web portal that acts as both a dashboard for accessing local services and a platform grouping several everyday tools. It centralises access to infrastructure (storage, tasks, wiki, virtualisation, monitoring, hosting) and provides modules for managing finances, media, SEO, meals, and social networks.
Purpose
The site aims to provide a single entry point for the user: quick access to hosted services (NAS, task manager, wiki, virtualisation, monitoring dashboards, game servers, blog) and integrated tools to manage budget, download video or audio, convert and resize images, track SEO for sites, manage social media posts, organise sites and their relationships, and plan meals with a database of foods and menus.
Main Features
Home Dashboard
The home page displays a grid of cards giving direct access to the NAS (network storage), the task tool (Vikunja), the personal wiki, the virtualisation interface (Proxmox), metrics dashboards (Grafana), game server administration (Pterodactyl), and the TouToulliou blog. Each card opens the corresponding service in one click.
Finance Management (Argents)
Tracking of expenses and income by category and period. Monthly and yearly trends, expense vs. income comparison, and breakdown by category for a clear view of financial situation.
Media Downloader
Download of videos and audio from a URL. Choice of format (video or audio), quality, and playlist support. Files can be retrieved from the interface after download.
Image Converter
Upload of one or more images, conversion to an output format (including WebP), quality setting, and resize options (preserve ratio, percentage, or custom dimensions). Suited to optimising assets before publishing or archiving.
SEO Tracking
Add sites to analyse, discover and track sitemaps and pages. SEO analyses and Lighthouse-style reports to spot improvements and monitor evolution over time.
Site Index and IndexNow
Management of a list of sites with their URLs and sitemaps. Submission of URLs to search engines via IndexNow and tracking of indexing to keep control over site visibility.
Social Networks
Management of profiles and accounts (Twitter, BlueSky, etc.), creation of posts (drafts and published), and publishing to one or several accounts. Overview of recent posts and statistics per profile.
Site Management (Links)
Registry of sites and their relationships (links between sites). Sync history and logs to understand dependencies and the state of updates across sites.
Meals and Nutrition
Database of foods by category with nutritional values. Creation of menus from these foods and meal planning for day-to-day organisation.
What the User Can Do
The user can view the dashboard and open each service (NAS, tasks, wiki, Proxmox, Grafana, Pterodactyl, blog) in one click. They can record and analyse expenses and income, download video or audio, convert and resize images, track SEO and URL indexing for their sites, manage posts across several social networks, maintain their list of sites and relationships, and organise meals with foods, menus, and a meal plan.
User Experience
The experience is built around a single navigation: a main menu gives access to the home page, site index, finances, downloader, SEO module, image converter, social networks, site management, and meals. Each section is focused on a specific task, with lists, forms, and dashboards tailored to it. Visual feedback (success or error messages) informs the user after each action. The portal is designed for personal or small-scale use: everything is available from one clear, action-oriented interface.
