TouToulliou Blog — Multi-Blog Management Interface
Centralised platform to manage multiple blog sites, their content, audience, and visibility from a single interface.
Project Purpose
The tool makes it possible to run the full editorial and relational activity of several blogs: creating and scheduling articles, handling contact messages and newsletter subscribers, publishing to social networks, and tracking revenue and backlinks. The aim is to provide one place to manage everything without juggling multiple tools.
Main Features
Blog Site Management
Add, edit, and remove blog sites. For each site: connection setup, connection test, enable or disable, and optional automatic publishing to social networks. A dashboard shows how many sites are configured, active, and linked to social networks.
Editorial Content Management
Per site: content dashboard, article list with filters (search, status, author, category, tag), create and edit articles (draft, scheduled, published, archived), manage images and embedded FAQs. A calendar view supports planning and scheduling. Authors, categories, and tags are managed per site.
Publishing and Automation
Scheduled article publishing, with the option to turn automatic publishing on or off. Manual triggers for: publishing scheduled articles, syncing contacts, syncing the newsletter, and updating statistics. Sync logs can be viewed per site.
Messages and Audience
Contact message list with unread indicators, message detail view, and marking as read or replied. Newsletter subscription management per site with sync. Global unread message count available from the home page.
Social Networks
Author management and linking of social accounts (Facebook, Bluesky, Twitter). Token and account configuration per site or per author. Option to enable or disable social publishing for each site.
Internal Linking and SEO
Internal linking management per site: keywords, options, and internal links. Backlink and directory management for link-building tracking.
Revenue and Assisted Content
Revenue and revenue source tracking. Dedicated area for assisted articles: create, edit, generate, validate or reject, with reusable configurations and batch processing.
What the User Can Do
The user can create and configure multiple blog sites, write and schedule articles, manage authors and taxonomies, view and handle contact messages and newsletter subscribers, publish or schedule posts to social networks, monitor scheduled tasks and sync logs, manage internal linking and backlinks, track revenue, and use article-writing assistance. All of this is available from a single navigation (home, sites, authors, messages, revenue, backlinks, assisted articles).
User Experience
The home page shows a quick overview in numbers (sites configured, active, linked to social, unread messages) and direct access to site management. Scheduled tasks are grouped on one page with trigger buttons and immediate feedback. Breadcrumb navigation and per-site dashboards make it easy to switch between blogs. Lists are filterable and common actions (create site, new article, calendar, syncs) are highlighted. The interface is designed for regular use by an editorial manager or creator running multiple blogs.
